Directeur ou directrice francophone au niveau Casa

L’OMS Montessori recherche un guide Montessori, dévoué et énergique pour une classe francophone au niveau Casa. Nous sommes une école Montessori sans but lucratif de premier plan, et nous célébrons notre 57e anniversaire. Nous sommes situés au cœur d’un quartier résidentiel à Ottawa. Les heures sont de 7 h 30 à 16 h du lundi au vendredi.

Nous avons actuellement cinq classes de niveau Casa (3 classes anglophone et 2 classes francophone) dans notre proche communauté d’environ 380 élèves, du niveau bambin à l’école secondaire. Nous avons une ambiance chaleureuse et collégiale avec plus de 80 employés attentionnés, expérimentés et profondément attachés aux principes Montessori. Le salaire est basé sur les études, la formation et l’expérience.

Les exigences comprennent le certificat Montessori (AMI, MACTE) de niveau Casa (primaire), une expérience de travail avec des enfants de 3 à 6 ans, d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, le désir et l’habileté de travailler en équipe.

Bilingual Early Childhood Educator

OMS Montessori is seeking dedicated and energetic bilingual Registered Early Childhood Educators (member of College of Early Childhood Educators) to work in communities of children ranging from 18 months to 5 years, beginning in August 2021. We are a leading non-profit Montessori school, with an enrollment of over 300 students from Toddler through High School.

The Montessori environment is well-equipped with core Montessori materials and has a Montessori Lead Teacher and three Assistants. Well-qualified candidates must be registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators, have experience working with children, display a strong commitment to team work, a knowledge and interest in the Montessori method and possess a strong sense of professionalism.

Applicants have a deep respect for children, a positive attitude and kind heart, flexibility, and a good sense of humor. Montessori training is not necessary, though familiarity with the Montessori philosophy and a strong desire to support the Director / ress in its implementation is imperative.

Classroom Substitute

 OMS Montessori is seeking dedicated and energetic substitutes. We are a leading non-profit Montessori school, with an enrollment of over 250 students from Toddler through Grade 6. Celebrating our 54 th year of education in Ottawa, OMS Montessori is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood in Ottawa.

Applicants should have a deep respect for children, a positive attitude and kind heart, flexibility, and a good sense of humor.

Position Available: Occasional daytime work
Hours of Work: Shifts between 7:30 am to 5:45 pm

Job Description: We are looking for individuals to work with children from ages 18 months to 12 years. Occasional daytime work, Monday to Friday. Experience with young children preferred, bilingualism is an asset. Police record check and immunization record required.
